Our family roots also shape our cuisine.
The Italian grandfather Franco married the Austrian Fränzi. This was the birth of our current culinary style. In Tradizio, you can expect a mix of Austrian and Italian cuisine. We place great importance on high-quality food, most of which comes from the region.
There are eggs from Sennhof (Rankweil), mountain cheese from the cheese dairy in Hittisau, trout from Heimertingen…
For a sweet finish, we recommend our homemade Italian ice cream based on the recipe from our Sicilian grandpa Franco.
In Tradizio, exceptional regional delicacies are waiting for you. In our kitchen, we use selected products from Vorarlberg, the Kleinwalsertal, and the Allgäu. An Italian breeze enhances the flavor, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is casually warm. A good reason to stop by and enjoy freshly prepared dishes made from high-quality ingredients.

11.30 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.: Lunch (hot kitchen)
2.00 p.m. - 5.30 p.m.: Cakes and homemade ice cream
5.30 p.m. - 9.00 p.m.: Dinner (hot kitchen)
