Obere Gemstelhütte

No rest day. Rustic, peacefully situated hut with a unique view of the Walser mountain and animal world. You can see ibex, chamois, and red deer here. Summer season: open until 05.10.2025.

Hearty snacks, deer sausages from their own lunches and homemade cakes invite you to stop by. Walserbus line 1 stop - Mittelberg Gemse.

Nestled between Elfer, Zwölfer, Geißhorn and Widderstein, lies at 1692 meters, the Obere Gemstelalpe.
