Obere Gemstelhütte

Summer season: open until 18.10.2026. No day off. Quaint, quietly located cabin with a unique view of the Walser mountain and wildlife. You can see ibex, chamois, and red deer here.

Hearty snacks, deer sausages from their own lunches and homemade cakes invite you to stop by. Walserbus line 1 stop - Mittelberg Gemse.

Nestled between Elfer, Zwölfer, Geißhorn and Widderstein, lies at 1692 meters, the Obere Gemstelalpe.
