Our Hoflaada in Mittelberg specializes in the sale of fresh, regional agricultural products.
In addition to our cheese and dairy specialties, we also regularly offer fresh sausages in our farm shop. Furthermore, you can find honey, jams, as well as syrup, eggs, and various liqueurs with us.

Our farm shop is integrated into a approximately 200-year-old Walser stable and has been lovingly remodeled with great attention to detail. In addition to the sales area, a small cooling room has been created in the basement to keep the available food fresh.
Through the direct marketing of our products, we are able to offer the end consumer quality and freshness.
