Tables on the Alp - Nature meets culinary excellence

The starting point is the parking lot at the Ifental station.

Starting from the parking lot at the Ifen valley station, you will hike together with Herbert Edlinger - chef and expert in natural cuisine - into the idyllic Schwarzwassertal valley. Along the way, you will discover the rich flora of the region with him: fresh mountain herbs, edible flowers and all kinds of surprises along the way. A special natural gem along the route is the picturesque Herzsee lake - a perfect place to pause and enjoy.

Once you arrive on the alp, a top-class fine dining experience awaits you - in the middle of the impressive natural backdrop of the Schwarzwassertal. Three outstanding chefs show what is possible in culinary terms when Alpine cuisine meets the highest level of craftsmanship:
