The starting point is the hiking parking lot (entrance Bärgunttal) in Baad.
Your culinary journey begins directly with a highlight. From the starting point in Baad, you will hike together with the Walser hiking guide Marion Edlinger to the Bärgunt Hut. During the short ascent, you will discover the natural surroundings of the alpine area with fresh herbs, edible flowers, and much more.
Upon arrival at the Bärgunt Hut, you can expect fine dining in an indescribable setting. Award-winning Sascha Kemmerer, with 4 toques and a Michelin star, the 2-toque awarded Jürgen Denk, and toque chef Andreas Ziep demonstrate that nature cuisine in Kleinwalsertal leaves no culinary wishes unfulfilled. After a refreshing aperitif, the top chefs will treat you to a varied menu that combines fine dining with nature cuisine, providing enjoyment at the highest level in the breathtaking natural setting of the beautiful side valley of Bärguntt at 1,393 m.
