Tour description

Moderate loop on the Steinbockloipe, exclusively for classic technique. At 2.9 km, it is a slightly shorter alternative for classic skiers compared to the 3.3 km Weiher Loop [classic + skating].

The Steinbockloipe runs from the Bödmen district to Baad and into the Derra Valley. It winds through several loops over the Birkenwies, the Gemstelboden, and through the Wiesele area.

It stands out as a very snow-reliable trail, is relatively centrally located, and offers an impressive alpine winter landscape with trail sections in the Gemsteltal and Derra Valley.
