The Ahorn Loop is a challenging circuit on the Steinbockloipe trail. The circuit is groomed exclusively for classic technique.The Steinbockloipe trail leads from the district of Bödmen to Baad and into the Derra Valley. It winds its way in several loops across the Birkenwies, the Gemstelboden, and through the Wiesele.
It scores highly as a trail with very reliable snow conditions, is relatively centrally located, and offers impressive alpine winter scenery with sections of trail in the Gemsteltal and Derra Valley.
