BE[E]Kleinwalsertal - flower garden - Experience nature consciously

Kleinwalsertal has set itself the goal of being an oasis for bees and insects.

“If the bee disappears from the earth, man would only have four years left to live.” (Albert Einstein, 1949). Today, the situation for beneficial pollinators is far from good.

A Flowering Garden is Created
In summer 2018, the first flowering garden was created near the Walserhaus in Hirschegg, which is intended to serve as a home for various insect and wild bee species over time. The garden presents interesting facts about bees and insects, and benches invite visitors to linger, observe, and enjoy.
