Every Saturday during the summer season from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Sascha introduces the teachings of Sebastian Kneipp. During the 30 minutes, participants will discover invigorating arm and foot baths that help alleviate acute complaints and also prevent certain illnesses. Sascha shows how “Kneipping Correctly - Step by Step” is done.
